Product Parameters
1)Compressed air is used to boost hydraulic oil, allowing for stepless boosting without the need for a hydraulic pump boosting system.
2) The integrated structure combines the traditional hydraulic system and hydraulic cylinder into one, eliminating the need for high-pressure connecting pipelines and control components. There is no hydraulic leakage, long-term maintenance-free operation is possible, and the reliability is extremely high.
3) The cylinder combines the advantages of both pneumatic and hydraulic systems::
•Pneumatic: Air supply is convenient, pneumatic control is simple, reliable, economical, and energy-efficient.
•Hydraulic: Hydraulic oil is incompressible, easily generating high pressure and large tonnage pressing force.
High efficiency and energy saving - Compared to traditional mechanical machine tools and large diameter cylinders, under the same function, energy saving can be up to 90%!
1. Soft positioning technology - During the fast stroke, only the front fast advance air cylinder drives the mold for quick and gentle movement until it contacts the workpiece, with minimal contact force. This technology is called "soft positioning" in stamping.
2. "Adaptive intensification" technology - When encountering an external load (i.e., mold contacting the workpiece) at any position during the fast stroke (empty stroke), the pneumatic-hydraulic booster cylinder automatically switches to force stroke for full force stamping processing. During the force stroke, the active stamping force can be reasonably applied according to the external resistance.
Special Note:
If you require other control methods, such as stroke switch control for force stroke or fast stroke, or controlling force stroke with different pressures, or proportional valve control, all of these can undoubtedly be achieved.
